Beoordeling van de redactie
Being Good: A Short Introduction To Ethics provides a compact but engaging exploration of ethical concepts. Published by Oxford University Press, this illustrated edition spans 172 pages and features a range of philosophical ideas relevant today. Reviews highlight the book's accessibility, making it suitable for younger readers or those new to philosophy, although some readers expressed concerns about the author's biases and presentation style. The thoughtful separation of content into sections covering threats, ideas, and foundational ethics offers a structured approach, yet critics note its brevity may leave some topics underexplored. Overall, it serves as a decent entry point into ethical discussions, albeit with limitations.
