KeratinFIXX Repair Collection by Keratherapy Conditioner 1000ml

In evaluating the customer experience surrounding this hair conditioner product, it appears that while many users have a favorable opinion of the product itself, there are significant complaints regarding the packaging and the Consistency of the product quality. A number of customers expressed their satisfaction with the conditioner’s effectiveness, particularly those who have used it for years. They noted its ability to serve as an excellent treatment for keratin-treated hair, and some even mentioned its endorsement by hairdressers, indicating a professional level of approval. However, this positive feedback is offset by issues concerning the product's presentation upon arrival. Customers reported that the product was either unsealed or arrived with the pump already engaged, leading to spills during transit. Additionally, some long-time users raised concerns about the quality of the conditioner in this order, claiming it differed from their past experiences with the brand—specifically mentioning an unpleasant alcohol smell that was not present before. This discrepancy has led to feelings of disappointment for those who have relied on this product for its Consistent quality in the past. Overall, the reception of this hair conditioner is mixed: while it seems to deliver on performance, the integrity of its packaging and quality control appears to need improvement based on customer feedback. **
