本間 研一 Format: Tankobon Hardcover Physiology Editorial Review
The "標準生理学 第9版" (Standard Textbook of Physiology, 9th Edition) has garnered positive reception among customers, primarily for its in-depth coverage and applicable content for both students and professionals. Readers have pointed out the exceptional detail provided in the chapters, especially in areas related to the circulatory system, which stood out as particularly well-explained. However, some customers felt that the section on the nervous system fell short in depth compared to their expectations. The textbook shines in its approach by presenting contemporary content that is well-suited for effective learning. Users have appreciated the clarity of explanations, especially given the advantages of having content authored by Japanese contributors, which mitigates issues commonly found in translations. This has led some buyers to prefer it over more well-known foreign titles, citing benefits such as a better alignment with their learning needs and lower pricing. For professionals like contract industrial physicians, this textbook serves as a valuable resource for health education topics, with many noting its utility in organizing complex information. The ability to read at one’s own pace without the pressure of rote memorization aligns well with the pedagogical needs of medical professionals and students alike. Finally, the cost-to-benefit ratio of this textbook has been highlighted, with readers noting that investing in such a comprehensive volume can lead to long-term savings compared to the continuous purchase of multiple specialized texts. ###
