The serum is more concentrated for brows and has a higher concentration of active ingredients, which isn't suitable for the eye area because it's more sensitive. The serum needs to dry before applying makeup. Using the lash serum on the bottom lashes is not recommended because it could irritate the eye. The product is expensive, but the price is not prohibitive. Some customers faced issues with the product with the serum almost dry in the tube, resulting in drying up of the brow serum that led to disappointing results. Some users experienced no growth in lashes, and some complained of hair growth that didn't lie straight and was not soft. **
