    antwoord: Good Question. Short answer is no. In 1983, there is a Philadelphia proof set and a prestige proof that comes with an extra dollar coin and in a better packaging. No mint set was made in 1983. In 1984, there was a Philadelphia proof and again a prestige proof. But also a mint set was made and this has Denver and Philadelphia coins in uncirculated condition.
