Nutritionist's Take
Ecolab Lemon-Eze (2) is primarily a cleaning product, designed for commercial use in food service, and not a nutritional item. Its main active ingredient is citric acid derived from lemons, which has some bactericidal properties, making it effective for cleaning and sanitizing. While it may not contribute direct nutritional benefits, its natural components can be advantageous for those needing to maintain a hygienic eating environment. However, potential drawbacks include the risk of chemical residues if not rinsed properly. It is important for consumers, especially those with dietary restrictions or allergies, to ensure that any remaining residues do not compromise their health. Overall, Ecolab Lemon-Eze is suitable for cleaning food preparation areas but should not be viewed as a consumable food product.
