antwoord: I buy these for my 94 yo mother. Things to consider: how do you like these to fit? Do you want them tight to ensure less leakage? Do you find the soft plastic irritating? Allow a cotton undershirt to tuck in under to protect that tender trunk skin from direct contact with the 'plasticky' coating. Also, if you have had full incontinence not just leakage you will want to change the depends in the night if you waken at all. I take the narrow strip that lies right against the vagina and 'soften it up' as my mother finds it a bit stiff and bulky at first. My mother is barely 5ft and weighs 124. The smalls fit snuggly but not tight around her waist which is a bit distended in comparison to her overall frame. -
