Some customers reported that the second disc of Madagascar did not work, while others mentioned missing the fifth disc and digital code, leaving them disappointed. However, there were also positive reviews about the collection, with customers praising its value and the overall content of the movies. Despite some technical issues, the Blu-ray set is described as a great deal and an awesome collection. The ability to download the movies onto mobile devices through Movies Anywhere or Vudu is also highlighted as a positive feature.
