Fans of South Park will definitely appreciate having these episodes in their collection. However, it is disappointing to hear that some customers were unable to purchase this product in-store. This inconvenience might have resulted in customers resorting to online shopping, which can sometimes come with its own set of issues. One customer expressed their disappointment with the condition of the product upon arrival. The top edge was completely broken off and missing, and the piece inside that holds the discs was snapped out of place. Unfortunately, due to their work schedule, they were unable to return or exchange the product in a timely manner.
