Adjustability is a key feature of the SDG6022X. You can fine-tune the pulse width to a minimum of 3.3 ns with an adjustment step as small as 100 ps. The rise and fall times can also be set independently to a minimum of 1 ns at any frequency.
Generate PRBS signals with finely adjustable bit rate and edge. With options ranging from PRBS3 to PRBS32, you can generate signals with bit rates from 10-6 bps to 300 Mbps. The SDG6022X also allows you to preset common logic levels such as TTL, LVCMOS, LVPECL, and LVDS.
Experience the power of large signals at high frequencies with the SDG6022X. This function waveform generator guarantees a dual-channel, 20 Vpp amplitude sine wave at frequencies up to 40 MHz. Choose from a wide range of modulation options with the extensive modulation selection.
Standard modulation types such as AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, PSK, DSBAM, and PWM are supported. IQ modulation is optional, allowing for more advanced modulation tasks. The modulation source can be configured as 'Internal' or 'External' for added flexibility.
