Comedy Editorial Review
Bitter Moon is an intense psycho-sexual thriller directed by Roman Polanski that delves into the dark and twisted world of a toxic couple and their relationships with others. The movie follows the journey of a young couple, Nigel and Fiona, who meets aboard a cruise ship and become drawn into the chaotic and destructive world of a bitter and manipulative couple, Oscar and Mimi. As the four become embroiled in a web of lies, deceit, and passion, their relationships become increasingly volatile and dangerous. Overall, Bitter Moon is a hauntingly beautiful and thought-provoking movie that delves deep into the complexities of human relationships. Polanski's ability to blend humor and horror in a way that keeps the audience engaged and guessing until the very end is nothing short of masterful. Though the movie may not be for everyone, it is definitely a must-watch for fans of Polanski's work or those who enjoy psychological thrillers.
