The Mophie Juice Pack Access, despite its sleek design and access to the iPhone port, falls short in terms of battery capacity and charging efficiency, according to customer reviews. Unlike previous Mophie battery cases, the Juice Pack Access does not fully recharge the iPhone to 100%. It only provides around 80% of the phone's battery capacity, which leaves some users disappointed.
