- The Topdon ArtiLink400 OBD2 scanner reads and clears generic and manufacturer specific codes for fast diagnostics. It stores freeze frame data, historical codes, and data streams for later review. The one touch I/M readiness button checks emissions monitors to help vehicles pass inspection. The scanner reads VIN, CID, and CVN information and supports O2 sensor tests, EVAP tests, onboard monitor tests, and live data. Free lifetime updates are available through the Topdon website.
