Science Fiction Editorial Review

Forbidden Planet is one of the best classic science fiction movies with a great plot, good special effects for its time, and a clean movie that can be enjoyed with the whole family. Though it is supposedly based on Shakespeare's "The Tempest," it requires making a lot of concessions. Despite being a repacked item, it was in very good condition. The audio track has been cleaned up and can be enjoyed in a DTS-HD 7.1 system. This is a must-have for anyone who loves classic movies and science fiction.
