The DC Direct Flashpoint Series 1: The Flash Action Figure is a solid and well-designed pre-New 52 version of The Flash. The design of the figure is very cool and all the details are there, including carefully hand-painted eyeballs and lips. However, one customer received a figure with a missing left wing on the head and another had an issue with the plastic being brittle and the wrist snapping off. The plastic Construction is heavy, but also seemed hard. The figure is recommended for collectors who want it for display purposes and not for play. Overall, Amazon's customer service was excellent in handling the return process.
