By using prelude cards, the game could end around gen 6 for 5/6 players, taking just a bit more for 2/3 players, gen 7 or 8.Pre-game cards make the beginning of the game more fun and cover up the slow early game. The expansion is a great addition to the Terraforming Mars board game worth the money. However, the base game is first required to play with this expansion.
