antwoord: From Minnesota website, but check your model - “Waterproof Construction: All on-board chargers are built to be waterproof, shock-resistant and vibration-resistant”. I would recommend though no on board charger if space is limited - instead use a portable charger. John boats are light and you should limit any extra weight in my opinion. -

antwoord: The empirical answer is yes. When I come back to the dock I plug it in and it starts charging. I don't see where a power interruption would functionally be any different. -

Does this charger have a 24 volt output?
antwoord: It doesn’t put out 24v only 12v. To charge a 2 battery, 24v system, that is already wired in series. Attach pos and neg from 1 bank to 1 batteries corresponding pos and neg terminals. To attach the other battery in system hook up same way but use another bank from the charger. -

antwoord: Hi, yes, I have this plugged in 100% of the time when not using the vehicle. I have this on my boat, so, just unplug when using and plug back in when not in use.
