theory11 Standard Playing Card Decks MEDALLION Editorial Review
The Medallion Playing Cards by Theory 11 have garnered a largely positive reception among customers, upholding the brand's reputation for high-quality playing cards. The combination of exquisite design and functional handling has led many to describe them as a luxurious addition to their card collections. Reviewers have praised the ornate packaging that utilizes dark chocolate brown card stock enhanced with gold foil stamping and subtle embossing. This attention to detail extends beyond the box to the cards themselves, which are made with Bicycle stock and incorporate an Air Cushion finish for smooth handling. Although some users feel the design lacks bold elements—specifically noting that the backs appear somewhat flat—they appreciate the quality of craftsmanship. The uniquely designed court cards and traditional yet subtly altered artwork have captured the admiration of many. While there is a Consensus regarding the deck's exceptional quality, some players wished for more customization in the look of the cards. Certain users expressed that the royal artwork was a bit traditional, although the additional medallion motifs provided some freshness. The slight pricing premium reflects the quality most customers expect from Theory 11, and most find it to be justified Considering the overall aesthetic and performance of the cards. In summary, the Medallion Playing Cards are celebrated for their excellent handling, beautiful design, and overall quality, making them a strong choice for card enthusiasts and casual players alike. **
