TOOL SORTER Tool Trays 2012 Editorial Review
**** The Tool Sorter Socket Organizer has garnered strong praise from users looking for a reliable storage solution for their socket collections. Made from heavy gauge plastic, these trays stand out due to their thoughtful design, which elegantly separates both Metric and SAE sockets using color-coded systems—red for Metric and black for SAE—ensuring easy identification and access. Many reviewers appreciate the clearly labeled sizes on the trays, which further aids in quick retrieval. The innovative feature of a flat channel for each socket size, allowing for multiple drive sizes to be stored in the same tray, has been particularly well-received. This functionality enhances organization within tool chests, making it simpler to manage and access tools. Users have highlighted the stability of the trays, noting that they hold sockets securely even during drawer movements. While there have been suggestions for improvements, such as adding rubber feet to prevent sliding and spacing adjustments for a better fit in tool drawers, the overall sentiment is highly positive. The robust Construction of the trays has been a significant factor in their appeal, with many insisting they are not a flimsy, cheap solution but rather a durable organizer designed for practicality in various settings, including workshops and rolling tool carts. Despite some minor criticisms regarding size and fit, such as some sockets slipping out of their holders, the trays are described as excellent for maintaining an organized work environment. Overall, the Tool Sorter Socket Organizer is viewed as a well-designed, functional tool storage solution that meets the needs of both amateur DIYers and seasoned professionals alike. **
