Compatibility with different countries should be checked as it only works in countries that support 3G. The device impresses with its size, which fits nicely in one's pocket. However, the battery's life is shorter than that of regular-sized phones. There have been reports that the phone does not work on every network carrier, with some customers unable to make calls on the device. Some have suggested that the phone is locked to Verizon, and not unlocked as stated, with a pre-installed SIM card that is not removable. Although it has been stated that the product has been previously opened, it is still highly recommended for those who need a highly-capable full-featured smartphone in a tiny device.
