This problem can be solved by adjusting the chime hammers, which can take some time to figure out and do. But once the chime hammers are adjusted, the clock emits a clear and beautiful chime. Overall, the Hermle Clearbrook is a high-quality clock that is well worth the additional cost over cheaper battery-operated alternatives. Despite a slight learning curve in terms of adjusting the chime hammers, the exquisite craftsmanship and accuracy make this a highly desirable and charming timepiece.
