Victrola Turntables and Record Players Editorial Review
The Victrola Brighton Bluetooth Record Player is receiving positive feedback from music enthusiasts who appreciate its basic yet functional design. Many customers are particularly fond of its nostalgic appeal, evoking memories for those who enjoyed similar players in their youth. The sleek aesthetic of the Brighton allows it to complement various home decors, making it a stylish addition to any room. While the Brighton excels in its simplistic approach, it does come with some limitations. The record player features a straightforward single volume control but lacks advanced tone control options, which limits customization for audiophiles who might prefer adjusting balance, pitch, bass, or treble settings. The belt-driven turntable is capable of handling both 33s and 45s satisfactorily, though users recommend using a slip mat to minimize platter noise and improve tracking accuracy. The inclusion of a headphone jack and RCA outputs provides added convenience for both private listening sessions and connecting to external speakers. However, it is essential for potential buyers to note that maintaining the unit's speed is best achieved by keeping the “Auto Stop Switch” off. Overall, the Victrola Brighton is appreciated for its affordability and functionality as a basic record player, making it an enjoyable choice for casual listeners. **
