It is advisable to size up at least half a size and even a full size, as the shoe tends to run small. The heel guards are a nice feature, and the shoes come in beautiful colours. However, they may last only 7-12 months, particularly when used frequently. Inov-8 shoes are getting harder to find in regular colours, and the covering of the shoe almost feels like canvas, resulting in low breathability. The shoe is still functional and comfortable, but some customers may not purchase it again.
