Bethlehem Format: Audio CD Death Metal Editorial Review
The album Dictius Te Necare by Bethlehem is a masterpiece of its own kind. The album carries a heavy and depressive atmosphere, enhanced by the magical vocals of Rainier. The songs flow smoothly, with each song adding to the overall feel of the album. However, the vinyl reissue by Prophesy Records has a major issue with the first track on Side A, "Alexander Welt," missing large chunks from the beginning, middle, and end of the song. How such a manufacturing defect had gone unnoticed is surprising. Despite the manufacturing defect, the album is worth a six out of five-star rating, and the vocalist Rainier is a key part of what makes this album stand out.
