This is more than just a temporary shelter; it is a versatile event system designed to provide a safe, dry, and shaded environment for your most important celebrations.SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Weather can be unpredictable, the installer/end use must incorporate their own judgment, common sense, and knowledge of local weather conditions in cooperation with our tent installation instruction guides. The installer is responsible for anticipating weather severity for proper setup time and installation. We do not recommend leaving our event tents set up in windy or adverse weather conditions. Do not allow water or snow to pond or pool on your tent top, as this weight can destroy the tent fabric, cause poles/base plates to sink into the ground, reduce the holding power of the stakes, or collapse the tent. Heavy winds can loosen the tension on ropes, ratchet straps, stakes or cause poles to shift or sink. Routine maintenance checks are required to maintain proper tension at all times. In the event of lightning, evacuate the tent immediately until the chance of lighting is no longer present. Event tents are not designed to carry ANY type of load from snow accumulation. These products should not be used if snow is present or they should be taken down if snow is expected for the area.
