Made of merino wool, this balaclava is soft, extremely warm, yet breathable and well vented. It comes with a single layer of material that has a lot of stretch and fits under a hat or helmet reasonably well. Customers have reported using it for a wide range of activities, including skiing, snowmobiling, football games, and cycling. It also doesn't block sound noticeably, making it suitable for urban environments. Though this balaclava has a tight fit, it is not uncomfortable, and the face portion stays up around the face when the hood is down.
