Answer: No the case does not come with built in hot swappable bays, I needed to purchase a separate 3 5-1/4 bay to 4 3-1/2 bay hot swappable unit to give the case this ability. -

Answer: The power supply mounts on its side and I installed a 500 watt power supply with no problem.
