Founded in 1947 by two brothers, John and Vincent Guagenti, in Clayton, Delaware.

Started as a small sheet metal shop and began manufacturing commercial sinks in 1948.

In 1956, Eagle Group moved to a larger facility in Clayton, Delaware, to accommodate their growing business.

Introduced their first product line of hot food tables in 1960.

In 1972, Eagle Group acquired Seibert Powder Coating Company, which provided them with the ability to powder coat their own products.

In 1991, Eagle Group moved to a new state-of-the-art facility in Clayton, Delaware.

Expanded their product line to include a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment and supplies.
